For Nasdaq-Listed (Tape C) securities:

-- Customers taking liquidity in securities with a per share price of $1.00 or more will now receive a rebate of $0.0003 per share, from the current $0.0027 fee. There will no longer be a fee for taking liquidity in securities with a per share price below $1.00. Previously there was a fee of 0.30% of total dollar value of the trade.
-- There will be no rebate or fee for customers providing liquidity. Previously the rebate was $0.0030 per share for securities with a per share price of $1.00 or more.
-- The rebate for SLPs providing liquidity in stocks for which they meet the quoting obligations with a per share price of $1.00 or more will go to $0.0005 per share from $0.0031 per share.
-- The rebate for Block Rebate trades for customers and SLPs that display large liquidity will go to $0.0020 per share from $0.0036. The Block Rebate is paid to orders that provide liquidity and originally display a minimum of 2,000 shares in stocks priced at least $5.00 per share. Orders that are reduced by cancellation to less than 2,000 shares displayed prior to execution do not qualify for the Block Rebate.

For Amex-Listed securities:

-- In securities with a per share price of $1.00 or more, the fee for orders executed in the opening auction will be $.0005 per share. In securities with a per share price below $1.00, the fee for orders executed in he opening auction will be 0.30% of total dollar value of the trade. The fees for all opening auction executions are capped at $15,000 per month per member.

All other pricing remains unchanged

NYSE Amex will add 69 Nasdaq-listed securities for UTP trading effective May 1, for a total of 110 securities, accounting for 43.6% of Tape C consolidated volume. A list of the new and current UTP symbols available for trading is provided in the trader notice.
