Pending effectiveness of filings with the SEC, NYSE Amex intends to make the following changes to its Fee Schedule.

The changes are intended to be effective May 1, 2012.

Technical Specification Changes Required – The format and content of Crossing Session 2 will be changing

NYBX has been approved by the SEC to offer the NYBX IOC Order that allows participants to interact with NYBX and NYSE liquidity on an IOC basis.
