Pending effectiveness of filings with the SEC, NYSE Amex intends to make two changes to its Fee Schedule. The changes are intended to be effective April 1, 2012.
• The rebate for SLPs meeting the 5% or more quoting requirement in NYSE Amex securities on NYSE Amex will
increase to $0.0032, from $0.0027.
• For all shares executed in Crossing Session II the fee will be $0.0002 per transaction, with a cap of $100,000 per
month per member organization. The prior fee was $0.0001 per transaction, with a fee cap of $50,000.
All other pricing remains unchanged.
