Pending effectiveness of filings with the SEC, NYSE Amex intends to make two changes to its Fee Schedule. The changes are intended to be effective April 1, 2012.

Technical Specification Changes Required – The format and content of Crossing Session 2 will be changing

Summary:
On March 31, 2012, between 9 am and 12 pm EDT, NYSE Arca and NYSE members with connectivity to NYSE Arca will be able to test the NYSE’s disaster recovery capability. Known as “Print as N”, this functionality will allow for uninterrupted trading in NYSE listed issues, in the event trading is unavailable on the floor of the NYSE.

The NYSE and NYSE Amex (the “Exchange”) comparison stream will begin using the NSCC anonymity indicator when sending comparison sides to the clearing corporation.

The global incentive program for high-volume trading customers will come to an end as of March 1, 2012
