•The fee for customers taking liquidity will now be $0.0004 from $0.0027 per share.
•The rebate for customers providing liquidity will go to $0.0010 per share from $0.0030 per share. The rebate for SLPs providing liquidity in stocks for which they meet the quoting obligations will go to $0.0011 per share from $0.0031 per share.
•The fee for routing to other markets will go to $0.0025 per share from $0.0029 per share.
•The rebate for Block Rebate trades for customers and SLPs that display large liquidity will now be $0.0020 per share from $0.0036. The Block Rebate is paid to orders that provide liquidity and originally display a minimum of 2,000 shares in stocks priced at least $5.00 per share. Orders that are reduced by cancellation to less than 2,000 shares displayed prior to execution do not qualify for the Block Rebate.
•The tier that allowed customers to qualify for a reduced fee for taking liquidity of $0.0019 per share and reduced fee for routing of $0.0019 per share is eliminated.

All other pricing remains unchanged.

The new NYSE Amex rates offer market participants the following benefits in Nasdaq-Listed securities:

•With the new low take fee on NYSE Amex, firms who take 2 million shares ADV can save up to $109,000 per month, versus taking on other venues with a $0.0030 take fee.
•The low routing fee of $0.0025 offers a less expensive way to access exchanges that have higher take fees. Participants can save up to $0.0005 per share when accessing those exchanges via NYSE Amex.
•Liquidity providers benefit from the $0.0010 rebate as more liquidity removers route to NYSE Amex to take advantage of the very low take rate.
•Customers that display significant liquidity and qualify for the Block Rebate will receive a $0.0010 premium over the regular rebate.
