Effective June 1, 2011 the NYSE and NYSE Amex will introduce a new tier pricing structure for Member Firm Organizations Trading Licenses.
Highlights to the changes are included below:
- A Member Organization’s first two trading licenses will continue to be priced at $40,000 per year
- All additional Member Organization trading licenses will now be priced at $25,000 per year
- Trading Licenses held for 15 calendar days or fewer will be billed at $100 per day with no tier pricing
- Trading Licenses held for 16 calendar days or more will be billed at the full rate of the license – applicable to the Member Organization Tier
