Service Issue Update from April 6, 2011

18 Apr 2011

On Wednesday, April 6, 2011, the NYSE was unable to route orders in approximately 472 symbols to Edge X from 9:30 am to 10:11 am because of a configuration issue occurring prior to the opening of trading. The issue was resolved at 10:11 am by reestablishing the symbol load for that outbound route. System checks have been put in place to ensure that all symbol loads for all routes are in place.
