In support of the deployment of its Volatility Trading Pause (VTP) – the new single-stock circuit breakers for S&P 500 securities - the NYSE will provide scripted VTP halt messages over production Consolidated Tape and Consolidated Quote lines this Saturday, June 12, 2010. Common Customer Gateway lines will not be available for this testing, strictly market data publication on production IPs.
