As previously announced in Post Trade circular PT #167, on Saturday, June 12, 2010, the NYSE will provide customers with the opportunity to perform connectivity testing to the New Data Center for the various Post Trade products and services. The test will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Saturday. Customers must register in advance to participate in this test. On the day of the test, customers requiring support can call the Service Center at 1-866-873-7422.
When registering for the test, please identify what post trade service you will be testing and outputs you expect to receive. Customers sending in DataTrak input will receive a confirmation that the file was processed successfully. Customers taking an Autoroute output will receive Friday's production data sent from the new Data Center Servers. For specific details products and services available during the test, reference the notice below.
Note: Firms will not have to make any changes and can leverage existing IP addresses for access during new Data Center test. To facilitate the test, the servers will direct the firm connection to the new data center and the requested services will be provided. Upon completion the servers will be redirected back to the production set up and firms will be required to test that the connection has been swung back correctly.
