NYSE Amex has previously announced plans to trade NASDAQ-listed equities and select ETFs on an Unlisted Trading Privilege (UTP) basis as an additional trading venue. On April 19, 2010, the SEC formally published the NYSE’s rule filing in the Federal Register. NYSE Amex is offering two additional weekend testing opportunities on May 1 and May 15, 2010.
