NYSE Euronext is in the process of constructing new data centers in the New York and London metropolitan areas. These facilities will replace the existing facilities currently operating in these areas. We anticipate that the consolidation into these new facilities will further enable NYSE Euronext to provide you with a broader offering of services including enhanced collocation capability.
Migration of our systems to the new facilities is planned to begin in early 2010. A detailed schedule is being developed and is expected to be available before the end of the 1st quarter 2009.
We are committed to working with you to insure a smooth transition of your connectivity and co-location equipment, if appropriate. We will continue to provide you with updated information. Your Customer Service Representative and Relationship Manager will also be providing updates and working with you in an effort to address your specific requirements and concerns.
