On June 30, 2008, the newly rebalanced Russell indices (Russell Global Index, Russell 1000® Index, Russell 2000® Index Russell 3000® Index and Russell Microcap® Index) will go into effect and will remain in place for the next 12-month period. The newly reconstituted indices will take effect after the close of the U.S. equity markets on Friday, June 27, 2008. The Russell Investment Group will use the NYSE Closing trades to price the NYSE-listed securities added to the indices. Based on preliminary lists published by Russell on June 20, 2008, 164 NYSE-stocks will be added or deleted.

Reflecting our ongoing commitment to customers of the New York Stock Exchange, today we filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a package of new rules and amendments to existing rules that will further enhance the performance, quality and competitiveness of the NYSE.

The NYSE anticipates limited trading in UBS AG Rights (Expiring June 10, 2008) Symbol: UBS RT - today, Monday, June 9, 2008, trading as Cash Only. There will be four auctions: the first at approximately 10 am ET, followed by auctions at approximately noon ET and 2 pm ET, and a final transaction at approximately 4 pm ET. Update messages (online at traderupdates.nyse.com and via NYSE System Status) will confirm these times, and these transactions will follow routine price indication procedures and indication time intervals.
