New Booth Trading Facility for Floor Brokers

11 Jun 2007

As of June 11, 2007, Floor broker members and appropriately registered and supervised floor broker staff, are now permitted to handle all securities, including those listed on other markets, from their booths on the NYSE Trading Floor. Member organizations will now be able to handle orders in a similar manner to “upstairs” offices. This document provides a general overview of the types of coordination required by NYSE Regulations and NYSE Operations for member organizations to be approved to take advantage of these new trading options.
